After a long and isolated winter, England is slowly beginning to open up again. With the second phase of the government’s unlock plan beginning April 12, the public can indulge in retail therapy, get a haircut, and more.

Note that in the final phase, some social distancing and face covering are still mandatory.
Before step four, ministers will conduct a review of social distancing and other “long-term measures”.
These are designed to reduce transmission, including the “one meter plus” rule and wearing face coverings.
They will also consider lifting the “work from home” guidelines that the government says people should continue to follow until the review is completed.
