Two major leases have been signed for a listed office building in Old Trafford.
AM London Fashion has rented 16,390 square feet of space at Oakland House on Talbot Road for 10 years after moving City Approach to Eccles.
The fashion store, founded in 2014, is moving to the third and fourth floors, which have been completely renovated by the landlord.
Audio branding agency PHMG, already based in the building, has committed to adding 10,926 square feet of space on the sixth floor.
The deals were secured by London & Scottish Property Investment Management, represented by Cushman & Wakefield.
