A huge £ 72 million two-tower project overlooking Old Trafford has been virtually completed.
Cole Waterhouses No1 Old Trafford Waterfront Condominium has reached the milestone with 80% of the 354 homes now sold.
The 214,000 m² facility, designed by Jon Matthews Architects and built by Domis Construction, spans two towers connected on the ground floor by a “large central” reception area just a stone’s throw from Manchester United’s home stadium.
