A mother blew up Trafford Center employees after her daughter broke her leg on the rink – claiming they refused to call an ambulance.
In addition, her daughter has no pain medication, she says.
However, a spokesman for the Trafford Center says “all health and safety procedures have been followed” and “safety is always a top priority”.

Rachel Kuhoff was with her family at the center’s Tinsel Town attraction on Sunday, December 5th to celebrate her stepson’s seventh birthday.
During her ice skating session, she says that her 12-year-old daughter Lily twisted her legs and fell over – which resulted in her suffering a spiral tibial fracture.
While Rachel says she doesn’t blame the center for Lily’s accident, she has gone beyond the standard of care for the family.
“It was the total lack of care that worried me,” said the 41-year-old. “You wouldn’t even call an ambulance.
“You take the accident by the chin. It felt like we were making a fuss or being difficult. “
Rachel says Lily fell 45 minutes into her skating session, which left her in “agony”.
“She screamed and said she couldn’t move,” added the Timperley mother. “We thought she was being investigated before she was moved.”
Instead, the staff decided to carry Lily from the rink “on her legs” – and tried to remove the skate from her foot.
Rachel continued, “This guy just wanted to take off the shoe.
“We asked her to call an ambulance. He said no.
“He said they had first aid, but there was someone else in there.”
After finding a wheelchair for Lily, Rachel said she was taken outside to the family car where she was driven to Wythenshawe Hospital.
The staff also refused to give Lily pain medication, the financial advisor alleged.
“I asked about paracetamol and they said it wasn’t going to do any good,” Rachel told the Manchester Evening News. “The first thing they gave her in the hospital was this.
“She got gas and air. [Doctors were] Consider operation.
“You have decided that in the end you don’t have to do that.
“She will be in the cast for two months and will not be able to run for four months.”
The student of the blessed Thomas Holford has been “in agony ever since,” concluded Rachel.
A Trafford Center spokesman said all health and safety protocols were followed by staff and wished Lily a speedy recovery.
“We are sorry to inform you that someone was injured while ice skating in Tinsel Town on Sunday in December,” a statement said. “A first aider and other employees came immediately and all health and safety measures were followed.
“Safety is always our top priority and we wish the customer a speedy recovery.”
