United players want to convince Kane
Manchester United England internationals want their club to sign Harry Kane. The 27-year-old England international has made it clear that he wants to leave Tottenham and the Sun says his teammates Marcus Rashford, Luke Shaw and Harry Maguire will use their time out at Euro 2020 to make him move to United before Manchester City.

Opinion: Chelsea’s lack of concentration should worry Tuchel before the CL final

Paper Round’s view: United likely won’t be able to afford Kane if City wants him. The champions can afford the £ 150million Daniel Levy is reportedly interested in. However, if United’s players can get Kane to join Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, convincing Spurs to cut their price might help, but it still seems the most likely that he will end up with Pep Guardiola .

Romero bet on Everton, United on Heaton
Manchester United reserve goalkeeper Sergio Romero, 34, is a target for both Everton and Juventus. The Daily Mail suggests that they want him as a backup for their respective keepers of first choice. In return, United will try to get 35-year-old Tom Heaton from Aston Villa as Lee Grant is also due to be fired from the club this summer.
Paper Round’s View: Grant and Romero will almost certainly both leave, but another consideration is that the club will likely try to remove David de Gea from the club because of his enormous wages. Heaton would be a reasonable replacement as he knows the club and the Premier League and would be able to step in should Dean Henderson fail to tackle a full season as a first choice.
Chelsea aim for Rice’s return
Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel wants the club to sign West Hams midfielder Declan Rice again. The 22-year-old England international has long been a target for Chelsea and could offer £ 90m to seal his signature, according to the Telegraph. Tammy Abraham could be used for the part swap, and Monaco’s Aurelien Tchouameni and Julian Weigl are cheaper alternatives.
Paper Round View: Rice has been the centerpiece of West Ham’s stellar season with one game left but it appears he has limited time with his current club. The £ 90million price tag seems pretty high given the impact of the coronavirus, but understandably West Ham is in no mood to make it easy for another club to take one of their best players.
Martinez is associated with Madrid clubs
Both Atletico Madrid and Real Madrid have contacted Lautaro Martinez representatives, reports the Spanish newspaper Marca. The 23-year-old Argentina international could replace Luis Suarez, who leaves Atletico this summer, and he represents another option for Real Madrid should they fail to pursue Erling Haaland.
Paper Round’s view: Martinez may think this is an appropriate time to leave Inter Milan as he now has a winner’s medal and could leave as a hero under good conditions. Inter’s financial troubles also mean they may be ready to do business to mitigate the impact of their spending under Antonio Conte, who is likely to want more hires this summer.
