Jadon Sancho is said to earn more than double his weekly wage at Borussia Dortmund when he moves to Manchester United.
The 21-year-old seems to be finally completing his long-awaited move to Old Trafford after years of interest from the Red Devils.
United intended to sign Sancho last summer but failed to meet the Bundesliga club’s £ 110million price.

But Dortmund have now lowered their demands and United’s recent bid of around £ 75m is much closer to their asking price and there is optimism that a deal will be struck next week.
Sancho scored 16 goals and 20 assists in 38 games in all competitions for Dortmund last season, but was barely seen for England at Euro 2020.
Gareth Southgate has only given him a brief substitute appearance in the tournament in three group stage games.
Despite his lack of game time this summer, the Daily Star reports that Sancho will take home £ 250,000 a week at Old Trafford, a big increase from his base salary of £ 100,000 a week in Germany.
United came up with this number because the England international had often earned an extra £ 90,000 in weekly add-ons in Dortmund last season.
The Manchester club were initially asked by Sancho’s agents for wages on the order of £ 350,000 a week – a figure they have snubbed.

In response to the latest developments from Sancho on Twitter, United legend Gary Neville admitted that he is “bored” with the upcoming transfer and is looking forward to finding out their next destination.
He wrote: “Manchester United is getting closer to Sancho … again!
“A transfer should be a joy and a moment of excitement. I’ve never been so bored with a transfer in my life that I feel like it’s already signed and I want to know who’s next. Not the boys ‘fault I should say!’
